As the gateway to the region, Nice Côte d'Azur Airport plays a key role in promoting the region's development and international profile. It is a true hub, connecting residents, businesses and local institutions to major French and international cities.
Thanks to a diverse network of routes to more than 120 destinations, we offer travellers rapid access to major European capitals, major intercontinental airports and major tourist destinations. This connectivity fosters economic, academic and cultural exchanges, while strengthening our region's openness to the world.
The airport is a driver of shared growth (contributing £5.8 billion on the region’s economy), serving passengers, businesses and the entire region.
The ecosystem of Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is one of the largest local employers (650 direct jobs and 103,000 indirect jobs). This role as a major economic player has a significant impact on employment, training and social stability in our region.
Recognising that we have a responsibility towards society, we support numerous local initiatives and associations working in areas such as education, culture, the environment and solidarity.
Two concrete examples include our Foundation, created in 2009, which has already supported more than 60 projects creating an impact on the Alpes-Maritimes and Var regions, and our partnership with Restos du Cœur to promote and give a second life to items that are not permitted in the cabin. These partnerships reflect our desire to create lasting links with the community and to participate actively in local life.
