Anti-Corruption Policy

As part of its ethical commitment, Aéroports de la Côte d'Azur is dedicated to preventing and combating illegal activities and practices. This commitment is reflected in the implementation of a prevention and anti-corruption program, in accordance with the requirements of the "Sapin II" law, as well as in adherence to the ethical values of the Mundys group.

Thus, Aéroports de la Côte d'Azur implements:

  • The Mundys group's anti-corruption policy, which integrates, within a structured framework, the rules for preventing and combating corruption for its subsidiaries.
  • The Mundys group's Code of Ethics, which outlines the principles guiding decisions and actions within the group, in line with its culture of responsibility, legality, transparency, and long-term value creation for its stakeholders and communities in general.

Aéroports de la Côte d'Azur has also developed an Anti-Corruption Code of Conduct, providing its employees and external service providers with guidelines and references for conducting their professional activities in compliance with anti-corruption measures. 

Furthermore, a whistleblowing system has been put in place, allowing them to report concerns via the email address deontologue@cote-azur.aeroport.fr.
