    A shared charter, committed partners

    The Customer Experience Charter was developed using input gathered during workshops in which all partners at Nice Côte d'Azur Airport participated: airlines, ground handlers, operators, authorities, service providers, etc. The aim is to develop a culture of quality among all airport staff and to deliver an excellent customer experience to our customers.

    Satisfaction surveys  ​

    Aéroports de la Côte d'Azur regularly conducts satisfaction surveys among all customers and partners of Nice Côte d'Azur and Cannes Mandelieu airports, including passengers, airlines, administrations, retailers, rental companies, service providers, etc. These surveys are necessary to ensure that the facilities, equipment and services available to users of both airports meet their expectations on an ongoing basis.

    Satisfaction surveys do not simply measure the airports' service quality. Above all, the results provide us with a decision-making tool that enables us to make a concrete commitment to a continuous improvement process in the services provided to all users of both airports.
