A new restaurant from the chef Mauro Colagreco at the airport

At the end of 2014, the Aéroports de la Côte d'Azur Group launched a program to revamp the Nice Côte d'Azur Airport terminals with the aim of "bringing to life the most surprising commercial experience in a European airport" by highlighting the Côte d'Azur's "Sense of Place".

The opening of their latest restaurant, the Bar Restaurant Estivale, conceived with SSP in collaboration with Mauro Colagreco, two-star chef from Mirazur in Menton and 3rd best chef in the world according to "The World's 50 Best Restaurants" is the final touch brought to this ambitious program.

Because every trip is unique, SSP and Nice Côte d'Azur Airport believe that gastronomy allows gourmet travellers to live an experience rich in flavours at the airport.
SSP has achieved this superb feat in partnership with the Michelin-starred chef Mauro Colagreco and offers travellers a "bistronomic" restaurant, contemporary, sunny and creative.

Restaurant estivale

A restaurant born from the meeting of this trio, all passionate about the good food and the French way of life, realised through the signature of the Italian-Argentinian star chef.

Inspired by Nice Côte d'Azur Airport, which wanted to develop the feature of major chefs to become a showcase of the Riviera, SSP imagined the Estivale Bar Restaurant, opened since April 2018 in Terminal 2 (on the land side), which lives up to expectations entirely.
Thus, SSP and the Chef have transferred the codes of the restaurant Mirazur and imagined a clean space with natural materials, all in a genuinely cosy atmosphere with views of the runways.

Cocktail estivale

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, anytime, Estivale offers its breathtaking views of the runways from the first floor of Terminal 2, in a refined and natural atmosphere.
Here, Mauro Colagreco has created a menu that transmits his vision of cuisine: creative, generous, and giving pride of place to Mediterranean products and specialities.
The most gourmet travellers will be able to taste dishes which are simple, but magnify quality products; those in a hurry will opt for a tasty selection of sandwiches and boards, while the trendiest ones will opt for the "Estivale" cocktail, blue as the sky or the sea facing you.

A restaurant accessible to all

Another important feature: Estivale is located on the land side, in the public area of Terminal 2 and is therefore accessible to everyone, passengers departing or arriving, whether you are travelling or not.
It is therefore an ideal place for business meals or seminars that can be hosted at the Airport Business Centre; especially for a lunch or dinner 2 hours of parking are offered at parking P5, near Terminal 2.
This "franchise" is also ideal for all those accompanying passengers or simply for Riviera gourmets.
